THK Consulting is a team of international tax specialists and wealth planning advisors working exclusively in the private client space. We work with ultra-high net worth individuals, primarily those who are planning a cross-border transition of assets. We leverage our professional expertise and our personal experience to provide guidance and management to our clients.
Who we are
THK Consulting is led by Principal, Tanya Kramer. Tanya is an international tax advisor who has worked with/managed assets for clients in Africa, North America, Central America, and Europe. Prior to coming to the United States, Tanya worked with Investec Wealth and Investment and RMB Private Bank in Johannesburg, South Africa. She received her LLB and LLM degrees at the University of Cape Town and completed a Leadership and Management Development Program at Cambridge in the U.K. and a Comparative Tax Policy and Administration program at Harvard University.
Tanya’s own experiences and successful transition to the U.S. inspired and motivated her to launch THK Consulting. She resides in Miami, Florida where she is an active member of the business community. Tanya retains her roots in South Africa, returning several times a year to be with family, consult with clients and maintain relationships in the Johannesburg community.
